My Role
I led the Product Design - User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) - of this project. I was closely working with the Developers & Product Managers (who were also the co-founders). I was the first designer to get hired at Byte Prophecy and created their design system along with their products from scratch.

Chat Assistant
The evolution of artificial intelligence is now in full swing and chatbots or virtual assistants are only a faint splash on a huge wave of progress.
The purpose of chatbots is to support and scale business teams in their relations with customers. Doing this helps businesses save a lot of money which is why many business owners are adopting this technology. And given the fact that these bots can be placed in places like Facebook Messenger, Slack, Telegram, SMS based or on your own website gives you the potential to reach a bigger audience.
Monitor Pulse
Monitor Pulse is an application of byte prophecy which provides insights into your business.
Many businesses use data to support their decisions instead of driving their actions. Data is really only valuable if you can translate it into actionable insights.
Data and analytics build off each other to deliver deep understanding, or insights, into your base. Insights provide essential wisdom about your users and reveal actions you can take to better your business.
However, these insights cannot be obtained without analytics, and analytics is useless without data.
Material Planning
This project was worked on according to the requirements for a client. It is still under under development.
Production planning, or production scheduling, is a term that covers all aspects of operations, from workforce activities to product delivery. Production planning is primarily concerned with the efficient use of resources.
The goal of production planning is simply to maintain flow. The individual in charge of production planning adjusts the workforce and process flow to obtain a regular use of company resources with minimal downtime, minimal bottlenecks and a level of output consistent with all the resources being put into the process.
Review Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is one of the major tasks of NLP (Natural Language Processing). Sentiment analysis has gained much attention in recent years. Sentiment analysis or opinion mining is a field of study that analyses people's sentiments, attitudes, or emotions towards certain entities.
Sentiment analysis is widely applied to the voice of the customer materials such as reviews and survey responses, online and social media, and healthcare materials for applications that range from marketing to customer service to clinical medicine.
Generally speaking, sentiment analysis aims to determine the attitude of a speaker, writer, or other subjects with respect to some topic or the overall contextual polarity or emotional reaction to a document, interaction, or event. The attitude may be a judgment or evaluation, affective state, or the intended emotional communication
